As a small hotel that was converted from a residential property into tourist accommodations, certain accessibility features, such as an elevator, could not be added due to limitations in the building’s structure. 

While the hotel may not be able to provide certain accommodations, it is still committed to doing everything in its power to make guests with disabilities feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.
